I love this gospel. The most important thing I have learned from my mission is the Gospel is true. I have no doubts.

Never thought this moment would come. Although we probably say that about a lot of moments. It's inevitable. These past two years have been just about every emotion one can imagine. It was hard too, really hard. I thank everyone for all of the support that I have received before and through out my mission. I couldn't have done it without you. Some moments require support, and I know some prayers of you guys held me to stand when I would have fallen at moments. Thank you so much. I am a blessed dude🙂

I realize that I'm about to take off that tag soon. It doesn't really seem real yet though. I don't wanna sound like an emotional crybaby or anything, but the thought of never ever being a missionary 24/7 for my Savior again makes my eyes fill with tears. I can't walk up to random people and start talking about Christ, bearing my testimony, anymore. I won't have that authority again for the rest of my life. I love bearing my testimony and I love feeling the spirit. It's beautiful because they go hand in hand and I love both. I'm not saying I can't bear it anymore, just not as often. The most amazing feeling one can get is through bearing your testimony. It's elder Bednar's favorite thing to do as a witness of Christ, and I stand with him on that one. (I only know it's his favorite because he came a spoke at my mission a while ago and he said that). The only reason that It's the most amazing feeling is because it is accompanied by the Comforter. Beautiful.

I love this gospel. The most important thing I have learned from my mission is the Gospel is true. I have no doubts. It is not a belief or hope that I have, it is a 100% sure knowledge that I have obtained by the the Holy Comforter Himself that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints contains the fullness and 100% truth. That it contains all of the living ordinances for us to return to Our Loving Heavenly Father and the Priesthood by which we do those. It was from doing something extremely simple, reading the Book or Mormon and praying about it. I will never be able to repay Him enough for that knowledge I have obtained. I have given Him two years of my life and yet I remain in debt to the maximum. Good thing He died for me🙂

I like to think about the truth. No person can change it, it doesn't matter what they believe or think or what ideas they have or what they do, the truth stands for the eternities and forever. Did God not say "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall never pass away"? I have found the truth and I know it to be the truth. No one can convince me otherwise. I know it is true.

All my love,

My goal for this final week is to bear my testimony unflowingly

My goal for this final week is to bear my testimony unflowingly . I realize that my time is coming to a close and I am going to miss being a missionary of Christ 24/7. I know I'll never get it back, so I am going to let my testimony shine brighter than a noon's day sun:)

This new mission president is an amazing down to earth man. He is very different than president Dibb. I love and respect president Dibb with all my heart, and I know he loves his missionaries. I actually wrote a very nice hand written letter for President Dibb and gave it to him right before he left, thanking him for everything.
The new guy is all about love and integrity. Him and his wife showed a nice slide show of him and his family. They basically remind my of President Allen's family or President Lybbert's family. They love water skiing, so naturally I loved them:) He doesn't expect anything more or less than the White missionary hand book. I think missionaries are going to love this new guy very much:)

Anyways, I sure love you guys! Go share the gospel this week with someone special. They probably need it more than you do.

Love,

I wish it would slow up a little bit

That's awesome to hear about the Julie and Evie:) I hope she ends up coming to BYU so that I might be able to meet her. She seems elect! I hope she ends up serving a mission, it's the best thing anyone could do.

This week kinda flew by. Time is going quickly. I wish it would slow up a little bit. There is this one family that we are working with that is amazing! I hope you get to meet them. They are Peruvian. They don't have a dad, so since we have been seeing them we have seen a cool change in one of the daughters. The mom has sent us two pretty amazing texts about how great we are and how our moms should be so proud of us and all that jazz. I love them so much. The progression I am seeing within this family is quite incredible. It's amazing what just holding the priesthood does:)

I was reading in D&C and I found a scripture that I really liked. 20:37 talks about the requirements for baptism. It has taken me a while to realize what Trevor's advice about the mission actually meant. If you remember Trevor you told me, "Be humble". If only 99% of the missionaries actually understood that on a small level, how great would the work move forward! Anyways, this verse is an outline of what our life should be like and it doesn't surprise me at all that it begins talking about being humble. It is so important.

I sure love you guys! I hope y'all have a good week!

I love the mission and helping people. I love the gospel. And I love Jesus:)

My Family,

Life is going good. I'm not trunkin out or anything:) I'm going to give my "dying testimony" tomorrow in zone training. whoever has served a mission should know about those I think... the finishing missionaries just give a good finishing testimony at the last zone conference.

I really do miss Trento They are baptized that girl Nalia next week. I wish I could have been there for that, but the important thing is that she is getting baptized:) The work there is just going amazing, I'm just glad I could leave it like that.

The work here at Vercelli on the other hand is going kinda slow. that's gonna change though. My companion and I are already amazing friends.

We already made awesome friends with this family here. I'm actually gonna teach them how to make pizza tonight. Not gonna lie, I can make some pretty bomb pizza:)

This last Sunday we went with the stake clerk to visit a family that lives about 2 hours away in the alps. And this coming Sunday is stake conference in Alessandria. I'll only go here like four times. So I've been trying to see every member we can, and it's working :)

Anywyas, I am happy:) Very content. I love the mission and helping people. I love the gospel. And I love Jesus:) Love and charity are like the base of the mission, and it's awesome:)

love you all!

I sure love the people I have met there

Hello beloved family of mine!

Well, I am headed to Vercelli. I sure loved Trento and I hated to leave it. It was sure a hard place to leave though, I feel as if part of my heart was left there, or still longs to be there. I'm going to miss it soo much. I sure love the people I have met there.
I'm going to a place where it will be very much hotter. I was in the Piemonte region last summer and it was horrible. And Vercelli is the mosquito capital of the world.... Yippe.

I don't know if you remember the girl, Nalia, from Mozambique that we were teaching? Well, she returned, and I got to see her right before I left. She is absolutely amazing and she is going to be baptized for sure! She didn't go to church or pray for a while, while she was in her home country. I asked her if she saw the difference. I could tell she was holding the tears back as she paused and replied "Yes, of course." I think that lesson was the pivoting point of her new life. I'm so glad I was able to see her that one time before I left.
The member that came with us is awesome too! Her name is Chiara and she studies at BYU Provo. There was a point after the lesson when Nalia was in the bathroom and my comp was on the phone. Her and I talked very quickly and I basically assigned her to watch over Nalia and how the two missionaries work with her. Because I know the two missionaries. So I have great faith that Nalia will be baptized before we get to Trento.

Anyways, I think that may be all. I sure love you all.
